Description
Most of our scheduled classes are regular CrossFit classes, meaning you will see all fitness levels in any one of these classes and everyone is welcome to attend.
The class begins with a predetermined warmup, instructional work followed by a workout and a cool down. The athletes will be in and out of the gym in an hour.
We have a couple other classes on our schedule and each one can be described as follows:

CrossFit Sports:
The ‘Sports’ class is reserved for kids over the age of 10 who are interested in working out and getting stronger. Both boys and girls are encouraged to participate. The Sports class requires pre-registration and is not open to drop in's.
On Ramp:
On Ramp is a program designed to give newcomers a chance to learn the 9 foundational movements in CrossFit (squat, front squat, overhead squat, shoulder press, push press, push jerk, deadlift, sumo deadlift high pull, and medicine ball clean) in a less intimidating and safe environment. OnRamp is also open to existing members who wish to have a refresher on the basic moves used in CrossFit. Pre-Registration is required for the morning 10 am OnRamp class.
