Been here 5yrs cracking in the ceilings, splitting tape on walls, front pillars where not centred so the top of the pillar sticks out past the roof line. Bought the hot water on demand unit, found out that unit is not designed to be used for in floor heating. If you buy , YOU must do a comprehensive walk through, take the hole day , DONT sign until EVERYTHING is fixed first
