Am Pm Movers Ltd

NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH The movers were supposed to come at 10AM they came at 12PM, I booked the elevator from 10AM to 1PM and now management will charge me a penalty for delays. They had a BBQ, a matress, a shelf and some other stuff already in the truck. They unloaded the BBQ but left the matress and shelf in the truck. In the end we couldnt fit all my stuff in there. It took about 2H 45 min to load and 1H 15 min to unload. It takes maximum 30 min to travel from my old place to new so thats 4.5H. I was charged for 5.5H because I was told there is a 1 hour charge for the truck to get back. My coffee table was damaged and I was told not to worry, they have insurance and someone would call me to get it fixed. I have been tryin to get this resolved for almost 3 weeks, they missed one appointment, now they are not taking my calls. Worst experience ever.
