The doctors are just fine, but the staff is absolutely awful. Not only were they rude, but the lack of compassion that I saw towards one of the patients was incredible. A woman was struggling to keep her son (approx. 3 yrs old) quiet after a very long wait and the staff did nothing but give dirty looks and unkind remarks. The poor mum was in tears by the time she got in to see the doctor. I think if these receptionists ever cracked a smile their face might break!!!
