I contacted Tryus Moving and Storage to move my residence from Peace River, AB to Kamloops, BC. Initially, I was treated as a potential customer. I was told by Mr. Ron Williams that he could do my move at a more reasonable rate and deliver my belongings sooner than the quotes I had gotten from others. This was August 6, 2015. Here it is August 18, 2015 and I have been totally duped by this firm. I have waited patiently for him to speak to me and to confirm my move. He has been "too busy" with other jobs to attend to my move. He has totally wasted my time .. waiting and waiting and waiting. Now he tells me to look into another mover! Why did he promise something he could not provide? Now I have less than two weeks to find a mover.Funny .. Tryus Moving and Storage's website says, "We take your move PERSONALLY" That should definitely be taken off! I would not recommend this firm to anyone .. not unless you want to be duped!
