Worst company ever. Purchased a used Forklift, found out they lied about the year. It was actually 2 years OLDER than what they had told me! The thing broke down within 3 weeks! They were supposed to send someone down to fix it as it was still under their 'warranty' (which is completely false), but all they did was look at it and say it wasn't broken.
