I think my first call may have been forgotten but when I made another call a few days later, Andre remembered me and was at my place within his promised 2 to 3 hours. He did a thorough job of grinding and cleaning up the debris into a pile that was easy for me to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or use his service again.
