Sophie's Gown Shoppe

I don't even know where to begin with how absolutely horrible this shop is. 100% would never shop there again. They literally have not done a single thing right. My MOH tried on her bridesmaid dress in November 2017 while I was present with her. I asked what she had to do to get the dress ordered, she put money down to secure the dress. My second bridesmaid is from out of province.. I was told once all bridesmaids had contacted them they would send the order. My second bridesmaid called in February and put her deposit. My last bridesmaid was not ordering from that store. In JUNE 2018 they called to say I needed to pay a rush fee of 50$ per dress...... the dresses should have been ordered in FEBRUARY. I argued about the fee for over an hour, and talked to the manager about it. The whole time I was blamed for everything, and then was told they will charge my bridesmaid that is out of town because they had her credit card number. I told them that it was illegal....it is illegal to keep
