Never book with these agents. They wrote the wrong date for our flights and gave the wrong flight number. Had we not have called air Canada we would have showed up at the airport early in the morning only to be turned away. This is unacceptable they did not inform us of the flight being changed and this has destroyed our trip. They are careless, unorganized, have horrible customer service and are overall a terrible business. They are completely unreliable, untrustworthy and deceiving. Go elsewhere.
