Dry Firewood

Had a load of 1/2 mixed wood (Tamarac, Pine, Spruce) and 1/2 birch delivered (So I thought)...when we began piling the load it turned out to be 1/2 load (mixed) slab edges from a saw mill that would be basically kindling thickness and 1/4 load (mixed) kindling sized wood good for fire start only (1.5" inch square) and 1/4 load (birch) that was full 8" round plus size logs un-split and rotting. In that mix were many logs 22" to 28" long which would never fit in an indoor stove. When we contacted the supplier we received no apology or gesture/intent to deal with our valid consumer complaint...instead we were dealt a verbal assault of excuses, threats and derogatory comments. He failed to provide a receipt, even when requested. This "gentleman" does not deliver what he advertises, both in product and service and he will not back up his product or supply satisfactory wood and when questioned about it he will assure you that he has thousands of satisfied customers and that you are mistaken (and a complainer) as hi
