He gives you inacurate prices for building a house, the prices on the initial cost sheet are bull. then once you sign the contract and a month or two into the build the real prices become evident. And wow he has you trapped and when you confront him he dances around the issue giving you dishonest excuses. do your self a favour don't hire this guy
