My experience with this company is just awful. They don't stand behind their work at all. The merchandize I ordered from them came damaged (crack through it) -- poorly packed -- a cheap mug wrapped in thin plastic rattling around in a thin cardboard box bigger than it with absolutely no packing material. They accused me and my child of dropping it! An ABSOLUTE LIE! Their answer when I brought this to their attention is "too bad. Not our fault." PS I paid $20 for damaged crap. Stay away for this company.
