Nothing wrong with the guys who did the roof or Mr. Gerald Gagnon. They did a lovely job. As far as Mr. Joel Burr, not reliable in setting up a date and time for the crew to show up. you have to keep phoning. Using the excuse, that he forgot isn't good enough. Not professional at all. If you want to go with Assurance Roofing, go through Mr. Gerald Gagnon not through Mr. Burr.
