This is by far the worst place I have ever been to. I ordered unlimited laser hair removal treatment on teambuy for this company and I have had nothing but problems. My first appointment they rescheduled for no reason, 3 times, gave me a new time without even checking with me, you always have to go through email because they never answer the phone. And after all that when I arrived for my appointment they said I was 45 min early even though I had the email confirmation of my time. They also had no idea who i was and kept getting me mixed up with someone for a totally different treatment, they looked SO confused, i had to verbally confirm with them twice to make sure. Second visit was ok, the girl was really nice but when I left to the front to rebook the receptionist wasn't there, I waited 10 min before I tried calling the office WHILE I was in there to get her attention and that didn't work. As much as I want to finish treatments to get what I paid for Im not sure if its worth it.
