Chef Justin Raponi has been in the culinary industry for 14 years; he has worked abroad in Bermuda & Victoria B.C, as well as Toronto. Chef Raponi has gained a vast amount of experience in his field and specializes in custom menus. He believes “everyone wants something different” and this allows him to be creative with every menu.
