Jean-Paul Bernard is a member of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors as well as a member of the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors.
When buying a home, a home inspector with you present will provide you with a basic overview of the condition of the property to provide the client with objective information regarding the condition of the systems and components of the home as inspected at the time of the inspection. The client and the inspector will work as a team to evaluate its major systems such as: Roofing / Flashing / Chimneys Exterior Structure Electrical Heating / Cooling Insulation Plumbing Interior After the inspection, a written report will be provided to the client electronically to help you make the best buying decision possible.It is not your inspector's unbiased professional opinion to tell the client to purchase or not but simply a tool to help in the decision making. This report will be sent to you via e-mail within the next few hours of the inspection. In the event a client does not have access to a computer, a manual report can be provided.
