Corporate Rehab & Recovery (CRR) is a full service multidisciplinary facility which specializes in the assessment, treatment, management and complete rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries by utilizing a spectrum of physical medicine specialists to progress the patient through the complete rehabilitative process.
CRR will provide cost efficient and appropriate care by progressing the patient from an acute phase, through an active functional restoration program back to their normal functional capacity. Specific goals will be attained through an aggressive time targeted program which includes assessment, physical medicine, active functional restoration program (prescribed active exercises), patient education, and work hardening/ conditioning programs as required
