Paintbox cuisine is a playful celebration of local bounty, full of inspiration from the community, a balance of sound culinary technique and whimsy, and featuring intense, earthy flavours and naturalistic presentations – simply beautiful.
Most of our charming staff are from the neighbourhood and have trained at George Brown Chef School, one of North America’s top 10 culinary schools. Paintbox is a place where Regent Park meets the broader Toronto community. Tucked into the corner of the Daniels Spectrum, we offer a fun and welcoming environment to dine and dish with friends, or to relax with cocktails and live music. In a hurry? Try some street food from the takeout window – like a food truck on steroids! – at our bistro kitchen on Dundas. Our goal is to improve the quality of life of people in Regent Park through the love and enjoyment of good food, to be a positive force for people and for the planet. Please come and visit!
