Applied as per instructions summer 2015 and because of this product the whole roof on my 5th wheel has to be replaced. I spent a great deal of time and effort to prep the roof and apply product and the worst part is the roof was in excellent condition except for some black spots. Was told this product was good for 10-20 years and would make roof look like new etc.In the spring of 2016 I notice some bubbling in a couple of spots and found water accumulating under the paint. Then it all started peeling off. Contacted the company and at first they said no problem we will look after it and in the end they said It was my fault. I purchased amount they recommended and applied it exactly as specified. e Essentially the product is worthless on a rv rubber roof and a waste of time and money. have seen others with same problem , even saw an rv going down the highway with this stuff peeling off the roof . save your money.
