Description
iVerify is a company that sells information on the history of houses in Canada. We provide information on past insurance claims, including claims due to floods, sewer backup, smoke damage, water damage & etc. We also provide infomation on houses that where confirmed to be grow-ops or clandestine laboratories by the RCMP or the regional/provincial police. To add, iVerify provides information on the past sales of the house, along with building permit information. iVerify abides to the Privacy Act, and as a result we have two different reports: One that requires the consent of the owner and one that does not.
