We Rent Easy

Cost cutting for owners are definitely the words, can't say it better. This company reuses materials for maintenance that should not be used at all. The managers show up when ever they feel like it. They do not follow the law. If something needs to be repaired or maintained good luck on that, if you even ask, you might be punished with a rent increase, or terminate your lease. They refuse to spend any sort of money for any kind of repairs. This company. only cares about THERE dollar not YOURS (investors) while your property is decreasing in value. We had mice in our house as well, on top of the all the other stuff we had to deal with, (actually surprised the house was still standing with all the repairs that were needed but ignored ) I contacted them and the manager of the residence said, "that it is only mice poop".
