I recently attended a weekend Meditation Retreat with Darlene and 5 other fabulous women. Darlene's cottage is cozy and conducive to all the activities offered. After arriving on the Friday evening there was group meditation and discussion. After a long and comfortable sleep we woke to a bountiful breakfast and yoga. Darlene introduced us to various methods of meditation. I have been meditating for years yet I learned some new modes of meditation on the weekend. We were both indoors and out. I don't want to give it all away, but suffice it to say, you will return home on the Sunday afternoon feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and enlightened. I enjoyed the retreat so much last spring that I went again last weekend. Darlene caters to you the entire weekend where you need not lift a finger. Just focus on your journey!
