We deal with all 40 lenders registered in Ontario, including; "A" Lenders, These are your regular banks, such as Scotia, TD, National Bank etc. We also deal with several "A" lenders you probably haven't heard of, like First National, Mcap, and others. "Alternate Lenders" Alternate Lenders or "B" Lenders, are for those without enough income or impaired credit, such as Xceed, Wells Fargo, Accredited, HFS, Citi etc. A- Lenders. In between the "A" and "B" lenders is the A- Lenders, like Gibralter, Resmor, and others. "Equity Lenders" Equity Lenders such as Home Trust, Equitable Trust etc. - are particularly good for odd properties the banks won't do, self-employed's, new immigrants and other unique situations. And of course we deal with private lenders of all sorts. Our Service is FREE... Most lenders pay us a finder's fee, so our service is usually free to you. Some lenders don't however, and in those cases - such as private lenders - we do charge - but you will know the charges up front, and always retain teh right to decline. In such cases our fee is usually added to the mortgage, rather than out of pocket. Protecting Your Credit. Pulling your credit bureau several times by shopping yourself can hurt your credit - we only have to pull it once. And as you can see, we have access to far more lenders than the general public.
