Here at Hummus Brothers, We have dedicated ourselves to a few simple philosophies:
1. To be unique in everything we do: We wanted to give Prince George a chance to try something new and very different from what is currently available. So, we set out to find food, wine and cocktails that would get people excited about dining out again. You will not find our products on any other menu in Prince George. 2. To create an atmosphere which is both upscale and fun: We wanted a space which is beautiful, yet casual. A place where people can dress up, or down and feel an equal level of comfort within the environment. 3. To revisit the art of preparing food: Unlike many restaurants these days, we thought it would be a great idea to make food from raw ingredients. Our cooks spend countless hours every single day making recipes from scratch. As a result, our food tastes amazing, and we actually know what ingredients make up each of our dishes. 4. To act Spanish: Tapas Bars originated in Spain. But it's a misconception that Tapas means Spanish food. Tapas is a lifestyle choice. To eat Spanish, or Tapas style, means to go slow, to share and to experience many flavours. In Spain, dining is one of the great joys of life. We want it to be the same when you visit us here.
