Painting Transformations Inc. (PTI) has been owned and operated by Mike McGrath since 1982.
Mike’s father was a successful commercial contractor operating in the Toronto area and Mike spent his summers on his father’s job sites where he learned the ins and outs of operating a contracting business. At the age of 19, Mike started PTI in Toronto. In 1984 Mike moved to Vancouver where he continued to operate PTI for the next ten years. It is here where Mike truly developed his knowledge of the trade. He also received his Certificate in Painting and Decorating from BCIT (British Columbia Institute of Technology). In 1998, having a young family of his own, Mike felt the draw to return home and moved back to Ontario and settled in south Mississauga with his wife, 2 daughters and a son. For the last 12 years, Mike has operated PTI out of the Port Credit area and has grown an established, respected and successful business in the trade of Painting and Decorating.
