Mulligan's at Valley Ridge Golf

While the ambiance of the restaurant is definately that of a golf course, there is actually some pretty decent food being served at Mulligan's. The menu really doesn't have any theme but rather seems intended to "cover the bases". Some of the eclectic foods available include ginger beef and butter chicken, but you can also get pizza, nachos and similar pub fare. One highlight is the falafel salad which is great for vegetarians or you can add shrimp for a minimal price. Mulligan's also features some great special events including a simply amazing Mother's Day buffet and annual lobster dinners. Check it out if you live in Valley Ridge or are simply looking for someplace new to eat in the NW.
