THE WATER CLOSET

Went in looking for an American Standard product (spa and acrylic cleaner), I waited several minutes for customer service, was told they had never heard of it, don't carry it, can't order it, meanwhile I've purchased this product at this location every few months for the past 5 years. They didn't know what I was talking about. Not a good experience. Will look for the product on amazon I guess.
