...Everyone will have good/poor experience. I wish i did have this Agent Delivery instead of The new Agent Delivery(DPB MOVING AND DELIVERY) from UPS....as unfortunately i was "Lied" to with a delivery instead of the truth. UPS IS VERY VERY GOOD..but these sub Agents called upon have to OWN what they do...No washing the facts..but admit exactly any poor mishap...then get on with business..period.
