Left a message advising them of my function and date on a Thursday. Received a voice message from them on Friday advising of my function and date. Spoke to them on Monday and again told them the function and date. I was advised to send more details via their website. I then received an email advising that they were unable to cater my function! My date or type of function did not change from my first message on Thursday or my conversation on Monday to my website message???
