Our polaris sled was taken to Bancroft sport & Marine three weeks ago for servicing. Very poor customer service, using excuses that there not a polaris dealer, short staffed, and keeps adding par ts onto the sled cost. No communication with us in regards to progress with repairs. Would not recommend this business if you are wanting repairs as they take too long and continually use excuses!
