I was very impressed by the first time I came in. I went in once before I bought my car for a test drive and just to discuss options. The guy I spoke to was very friendly and down to earth, I would recommend him but he doesnt work there anymore. I finally get back again a year later(after trying Honda and getting horrible service!) and got my car. A lady named Suzie was recommended to me by a friend of a friend and she was amazing. Not pushy at all, we ended up staying for hours just chatting like aquaintances. In the end she sold my my car and I was very happy. Then she even sent me an email a week later to ask how everything was going and if I had any furthur questions just to ask. Whenever I have needed service on my car I have been treated very well by them and made to feel at home. They even call you before making any changes that would be of cost to you. I randomly got a $50 gas card from them once for no aparent reason. When you have a service done , they email you a survey after asking how it was :)
