Ordered a snake spear from them August 30th 2019 it is now October 2nd 2019 still haven't received it yet, called on September 26th 2019 told to be patient and to keep in touch called 10 times with no response left numerous messages asking about his investigation into the matter no response. Worst customer service I have ever had. NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE
