They have a great Family atmosphere. Perkins has been around in St.Catharines for along time. The place is kept clean & tidy! It's part of a hotel. They are always busy, but never a long wait. They offer booths or tables. The wait staff are very friendly. The break fest menu offer's almost everything you could want. They have "mamouth muffins" that alone could be a breakfest on a rushed day!, with different falvours for all. i would reccoemend anything off the menu. Daily specials are great!.
