I qualified with a degree in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy in Edinburgh, through the renowned Clifton Practice in Bristol.
I have always had an affinity for people and I am passionate in helping people to reach their full potential. I first found hypnotherapy to help treat a long standing anxiety disorder. After successfully recovering, I decided to travel for the next 2 years. I moved to Australia where I became a dive instructor and worked in Sydney and on Heron Island. After my year in Australia, I moved over to Victoria on Vancouver Island, again as a dive instructor. It was there that I decided I wanted to pursue my passion for hypnotherapy, so I moved back to Scotland to complete my training. After practising in Scotland, I decided to settle in Calgary where I offer a friendly and professional approach to ensure that everyone I see becomes the best version of themselves.
