Janet is a passionate and dynamic self development mentor and guide. She is formally schooled in Clinical Hypnotherapy at The Canadian College of Advanced Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy in Courtenay, BC, and various modalities of bodywork including massage and Reiki from Sutherland Chan in Toronto, ON.
Janet brings a collaborative and creative energy to her sessions that weaves together the scientific, the subconscious and the spiritual. She is a lifelong dancer, yogi and gardener; a mother, a seeker, a spiritual pilgrim and a personal story teller.
