ACTivate HR provides Workplace Investigation and Human Resources Solutions services to organizations of all sizes and across all industries. Our team are all licensed investigators with the province of Alberta and are accredited and certified human resources professionals.
Shannon, Krista and Joely have over 70 years of related experience working with both unionized and non-unionized organizations in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. In addition to over 50 combined years conducting workplace investigations, we all have direct experience on Human Resources lead teams setting strategy and leading large scale initiatives along with leading the day to day human resources operations within an organization. Between the three of us we have led every department in the human resources space. Our HR services range from working with large organizations on HR initiatives to providing as needed HR assistance to small businesses. We provide the investigation and HR support you need in alignment with your goals and culture and love to partner in your success!
