GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING SERVICES:
SOILS CONSULTING LTD. offering Geotechnical engineering services with experiences over 15 years for a single house to subdivision throughout GTA and its surroundings: - Footing subsoil inspection, pre-backfill inspection, rebar inspection for wall and footings etc. - Soil bearing capacity assessment in presence of high water table and recommendations - Geotechnical investigation via borehole drilling and test pits to assess the foundation suitability for the proposed site, construction procedures etc. and report preparation; - Underpinning/bench footing of the existing foundation, soil bearing capacity assessment etc. - Unsupported excavation wall stability condition assessment to withdraw MOL stop order etc. - Geotechnical assessment to determine if the proposed excavation depth potentially undermining the adjacent structures and buildings and opinions for shoring walls - Engineered fill preparation for houses construction and issuing a certificate - Soil Quality Assessment for onsite excess stockpile soils to export and to satisfy the receiver - Onsite percolation test for designing infiltration trench/subsurface storm water management ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENT (ESAs) and FILING a RSC: Conducting Phase One ESA and Phase Two ESA for the contaminated/brownfield sites including gas station, laundry, land use changes etc. following Ontario Regulation 153/04 (as amended) throughout GTA and its surroundings and finally submission of a RSC (Record of Site Condition) with ESR of MOECC HYDROGEOLOGICAL SERVICES: - Conducting hydrogeological study for groundwater investigation and water supply assessment for following Regulation 903 (Wells), Procedure D-5-5 etc. and preparing a hydrogeological report with findings in support of application to pursue approval for proposed groundwater development project; - Designing water wells based on test boring and completion of water well following regulation Email: mainuddina@hotmail.com Contact: 647 280 2049
