Dan has been serving the Fraser Valley and Vancouver area real estate markets for over 20 years.
He started his career with Royal LePage, went on to win every award that the RE/MAX organization offered and is now part of Sutton Premier Realty. These 20 years as a successful realtor began after he had accomplished every goal he set for himself as a construction project manager and after 15 fortunate years, he wanted a change and more challenges. Dan started his real estate career selling subdivision and townhome acreages to developers completing land assemblies and rezoning, then he developed a huge technology based residential sales system. Dan was one of the first realtors to establish a personal team organization that included real estate training and leading edge marketing. He spent years studying and developing marketing strategies with the most highly qualified and successful peers in both Canada and the USA. The awards received while with Royal Le page and RE/MAX included Hall of Fame, Platinum Club, Presidents Club, Top 100 in Western Canada, and many more. Sutton Premier Realty, continues to bless him with Diamond and Platinum Award each year.
