Essa Egal is a registered therapist with OASWSSW and OASW who has been serving and continues to serve individuals and families of all backgrounds for over 17 years.
Egal Family Services provides individual, couple and family therapy, anger management counselling, domestic violence intervention as well as automobile accident related counselling registered with HCAI (Health Claims for Auto Insurance). Human beings are of various dimensions: physical, biological, religious/spiritual and behavioural – that interact and are integrated. We need to learn to look at each other and ourselves through a holistic lens that encompasses all our dimensions, so that we can live in harmony and to our full potential. Our therapy focuses on equipping clients with the tools to cope with adversities and in doing so enabling them to achieve their full potential and lead successful personal and professional lives.
