Description
BUSINESS VISAS
Canada's Business Immigration Program includes three classes: Entrepreneurs, Investors and Self-employed persons.
VISITOR VISAS
Most visitors to Canada may visit for up to six months when they first enter Canada. There are also multi-entry visas. In addition, Canada introduced the Super Visa for parents and grandparents, which permit multiple entries for a period up to 10 years. The key difference is that the Super Visa allows an individual to stay for up to two years on each entry into Canada.
SKILLED WORKERS
If you have at least one year of work experience in the list of eligible occupations and have good English or French abilities, then you may qualify to apply for immigration under Skilled Worker category, where that is on federal or provincial level. There are also skilled trades, Canadian Experience Class and nannies/live-in caregivers subcategories, which can be also added to this economy class.
FAMILY SPONSORSHIP
Canadian citizens or permanent residents can sponsor their spouses, conjugal or common-law partners, dependent children (including adopted and orphan ones) or other eligible relatives to become a permanent resident under the Family Class. They can also sponsor other eligible relatives (parents, grandparents, and lone relatives).
STUDENT VISAS
Every year, Canada welcomes thousands of international Students in it. Students choose to study in Canada to further their education or to learn English of French. Therefore, we can help our potential students to obtain a study permit so that they can join any designated learning institution across Canada (DLI). Read more to learn how we can help you to become a Student in Canada.
REFUGEE PROTECTION PROGRAMS
You can make a refugee claim outside of Canada, if you are sponsored by the government or a private group (the Refugee and Humanitarian Resettlement Program) or you can make a refugee claim within Canada when you arrive by land, sea or air (Asylum Program).
REFUGEE APPEALS
We also have experience in refugee appeals and can represent you before the Refugee Appeals Division (RAD) if your refugee application has been denied by the Refugee Protection Division (RPD). You will have 15 days to file your Notice of Appeal to the RAD for your appeal to be considered. Contact us to help you with this and with your appeal case. You only have one chance to get this right!
