- +10 years experience in animal behaviour with a focus on dog, horse and cat training. - Master degree in animal behaviour and welfare and animal nutrition from the University of Guelph. - Veterinary degree from the University of Edinburgh. Services Price Range (Taxes INCLUDED in prices): 1) Dog Walking- $14 for 30 min, 18$ for 60 min (5$ per additional dog) 2) Pet sitting: $40 for part of a day (up to 24 hours) and an overnight stay with all necessary walks and care. (Rate for 2 animals). 3) Behaviour training- positive reinforcement techniques for: $25 per hour - Basic training - Problem behaviours: leash pulling, barking, biting, inappropriate urination, scratching behaviour, ect. - Removing fear and fear based behaviour with positive counter conditioning 3) Day care: 30$ for 12 hours or any part of this time frame (Rate for 2 animals). +$5 for extra dog, + $2 for extra cat. 4) House-visit: $15 for 30 minute visit, $20 for 60 minute visit (no charge for extra animals). Experience/Training: I have several regular clients in Kingston that I provide pet sitting and dog walking services for on a regular basis. I also have quite a few behaviour clients in the area. I have worked with behaviour and training in dogs and horses in this area for a few years. I also have worked with behaviour as a part of my master’s degree and work as a veterinarian. I have over 2 years’ experience working in the veterinary field with small animals. I am fully qualified and able to give any type of necessary medication and/or emergency care if anything should it be required (CPR, ect). I must schedule a meet and greet with yourself and your pets prior to taking a job. I am happy to be flexible about time and date changes should something unforeseen occur, but dates in general should be booked in advance to ensure availability for you and your pets.
