Cindy is a Registered Psychotherapist with a degree in Psychology from McMaster University.
She is also a certified Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Facilitator.
Her journey to becoming a psychotherapist began during her time in Japan, where stress and worry plagued her life.
Upon reading books like “Siddhartha’ by Herman Hess and ‘The Power of Now’ by Ekhart Tolle, her exploration of Eastern wisdom and psychology began.
Combining Eastern with Western psychology, Cindy now helps people look within themselves for answers and ways of being that results in a more grounded and happy lifestyle.
