Description

I offer holistic therapeutic approaches that consist of talk therapy, somatic experiencing, EMDR and mindfulness approaches in dealing with everyday challenges to complexed often traumatic experiences.
I work from a person centred approach focusing on individual strengths. I utilize EMDR Somatic Experiencing approaches along with Hypnotherapy and mindfulness approaches. I offer group workshops; compassion fatigue and burn out and more. I offer holistic First Nation Practices and have a strong background in First Nation experiences and traditions. I work with all ages and have a solid understanding and experiences in working with youth.
