Tracy Avery has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2006. Her background is in recreation, she worked in and managed Recreation Centres for 23 years. Her entire adult life has been spent teaching, protecting and helping improve the lives of others.
Tracy is a Wholistic Practitioner who is a Reiki Master and specializes in Energy Work, Reflexology, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Somatic Emotional Release, Accupressure, Aromatherapy and Lyphntic Drainage. Tracy combines a variety of modalities into each treatment based on what the clients body is needing at that moment. Tracy is here to guide you to uncover anything that may be blocking you in being all you can be.
