I am currently offering the following fee-for-service options (billed at the recommended PAA fee schedule) through my private practice, with some services (e.g., such as consultation) offered over the phone. There is no professional referral needed to access services and payment can be made by cash, cheque or credit card. Part of these professional services may be covered through some extended health care benefits and this option can be determined by checking with your insurance provider.
