I asked this company to help find a way to open my garage door easily from the outside. They proposed a 120$ keypad with a 35$ service call. The technician spent less then 10 minutes installing a keypad we later found on Amazon costs 38$. When I confronted the company about this outrageous scam, they tried to justify the total cost by saying that the 120$ covered the keypad and the working time (which is 65$ and minimum 1 hour). They had NEVER mentionned a working time fee until I confronted them about the bill. This company is dishonest and will install cheap parts while inflating the price. Be careful! Ask for the name of the parts they are installing before hand and verify the actual cost online.
