this roofer is not recommended at all, very last of responsibility and lack of knowledge and skill to perform roof work One month ago, I contacted this roofer to investigate and fix a water mark under my roof. At the end, his suggestion was to close two ventilation on top of my roof (I have 5 in total). I was not expert in this, so I decided to close two. However, this destroyed my roof. After one week, I found my entire roof is wet, and I contacted his gain. He told me that my roof does not have soffit (in fact, there are). Eventually, we reached a deal to add the soffit, and one turbine on top for $500, and he will come when whether permit. We waited for a month (there are couple of days I think the whether is reasonable). After a month, we contacted him, he never replied my message. I guess he realized this mistake. He is lack of responsibility and lack of skills
