Description

Supporting young people (ages 10-24) through some of life's challenges by offering counselling that accommodates to them and their life! This means that we can meet a young person at their home, at a coffee shop, out on a walk, or in a private counselling room.
We also believe that counselling doesn't have to be a long term thing - it may only be up to 6 sessions that is needed to develop some insight and clarity into what's going on, learn new coping strategies and create positive change.
