I do not recommend this dentist based on my personal bad experience. As a result of my formal complaint, Dr. Hardik Patel is required by the Royal College Of Dental Surgeons of Ontario to update his skills in endodontics to include: -Case selection-Assessment and prognosis of the tooth -A hands-on component in access preparations and locating orifices -Appropriate use of trial file radiographs -Informed consent for root canal therapy -Recordkeeping, including informed consent, complications and discussions with patients Dr. Hardik Patel will have his Ajax practice, Smiles By Dr. Patel, monitored for 24 months by the governing body of Ontario dentists following completion. Check the RCDSO website and search the name of any dentist in Ontario. Be Informed.
