I help women heal the pain of the past so that they can reclaim their self-worth, live fully present and love deeply and with purpose. With over 15 years practising as a psychotherapist, I have integrated the science of psychology with the power of spirituality into an approach that has been empowering women's healing and transformation world-wide via online and in-person therapy in the Vancouver Lower Mainland, BC. I incorporate both Western and contemplative, mindfulness-based approaches to personal growth, emotional healing and spiritual transformation.
